In 2015, ensemBle baBel from Lausanne started a project named Concerto(s), in another attempt to erase the border between written music and improvisation.

baBel invites improvisers to join them; but rather than a classical concerto, the soloist improvises, within a frame (25 composed cells called by anyone at any time) provided by the « orchestra ».

Concerto(s)#1 was played with Ikue Mori, Sylvie Courvoisier, Laurent Bruttin and Thierry Debons. 

Concerto(s)#2 is specifically developed with Charlotte Hug.
